RegChange Feed provides informational summaries of changes detected in selected publicly available government sanctions and regulatory lists, with links to official sources. The service includes public changelogs and optional email digests.
2. No legal or compliance advice
The service does not provide legal advice, compliance determinations, or recommendations about specific transactions or counterparties. Nothing on this site or in our emails is a legal conclusion about any person, entity, or payment.
3. Who should not use the service
If you require guaranteed completeness, instant delivery, or legal conclusions about a party or transaction, do not use this service. You are responsible for verifying all information against official government publications before relying on it in your compliance or trade-control programs.
4. Accuracy and availability
Data is derived from third-party government publications. Outages, parsing errors, publication delays, or missed changes may occur. We do not warrant that the service is error-free, uninterrupted, or complete.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or zero if you use only free features.
6. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
